The Mountaineer Broadcast Schedule Table. [D WVU].

The broadcast schedule lists each Mountaineer football game, time and availability of broadcast. The current AP ranking or, when available, the current BCS ranking for the week will be listed. After the completion of each game, the final score will be posted.

Mountaineer football may, also, be televised within select West Virginia markets. Broadcast may also be available via the Pay-per-View service of ESPN Game Plan. The West Virginia Univerity athletic Web site of The Mountaineer Sports Network [EXT New] has a current list of the stations within these selected markets.

For out of market radio broadcasts sponsored by WVU athletics, nothing is available without charge. However, broadcasts sponsored by the opponent may be available.

Next day, free-of-charge, Internet radio streams are available via Teamline Play-by-Play [EXT New]. These links require that Sun's JAVA Runtime [EXT New] be installed on your computer.

On rare occasion, People-to-People, also known as Peer-to-Peer, networks have copies of televised West Virginia ball games available.

The ESPN/ABC family of networks provides broadcast of all of its televised programming of collegiate football through their ESPN 360 [EXT] Web site.

The ESPN 360 service is limited to only those service providers [IPs] who provide the ESPN 360 service and broadcasts. These are broadband/DSL providers, only.

The Big East and Non-Conference Broadcast Schedule Table. [D].

This schedule lists the date/time, game and televised broadcast schedule of all Big East and non-opponents. Ball games of additional interest may be listed as well.

Keep in mind that the ESPN/ABC broadcast schedules will change during the season. When ESPN/ABC makes those changes, they will be reflected within this Big East broadcast table as soon as possible.

About the Content.

If you are like I am, it is always tough to remember broadcast schedules and availability of broadcasts for Mountaineer football. It is tough as hell, also, to find programming access for non-televised games when you live or are away from local West Virginia radio.

This broadcast schedule resolves that confusion. Game times, opponents, broadcast schedules and links to those broadcasts are presented. All that is needed is an Internet connection and Mountaineer football is there on game day.

This, as in most seasons, will be an exciting season. Hopefully, visitors will find this broadcast schedule to be as useful as I do. Keep in mind, that football is just a game and shouldn't supersede other important things, such as ballet practice.

Best of luck to the squad of the West Virginia University Mountaineers. Win or lose, those kids will have won simply by taking to the field of play with honor, duty and for the fun of the game.

West Virginia University drops out of the polls, again, with its loss to Cincinnati.

West Virginia is tied within the Big East for first place at 4 and 1. Two games remain, all in-conference: Pittsburg and South Florida. To win the conference championship, West Virginia must win its last two games and Cincinnati must lose its final Big East game against Syracuse.
